How we handle your data

You were probably sent here from an invitation to talk with an AI interviewer. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to what you say. Last updated 19 August 2026.

What happens during a conversation

When you press start, your microphone connects and you talk with an AI interviewer in real time. Your voice is streamed to our speech and language providers so the interviewer can hear you and reply. The audio itself is processed live and is not kept as a recording.

What we store

We keep three things from each conversation:

  • a text transcript of what was said, by you and by the interviewer
  • your answers to the questions the conversation was designed to ask
  • session records such as when the conversation started, ended and how far it got

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name or contact details unless the conversation itself asks for them. There are no advertising cookies or trackers on these pages. Your browser keeps a temporary session reference purely so you can rejoin the same conversation if you are disconnected; it is cleared when you close the tab.

Where it lives

Transcripts and answers are stored in our database in London, United Kingdom. Live conversations run through media servers in Frankfurt, Germany. To run the conversation itself, audio and text pass transiently through our speech and language providers (Deepgram and Google).

Who sees it and how long we keep it

Your transcript and answers go to the team that invited you, for the purpose they described in the invitation, and are kept only as long as that work needs them. They are not sold and not used to train AI models.

Your choices

Taking part is voluntary. You can end a conversation at any point by hanging up or closing the tab. If you want a copy of what was stored from your conversation, or want it deleted, email us with roughly when you took part and the link you used, and we will handle it.
